Refund Policy
Because your order is a personalized digital product, refunds are limited. This policy explains when a refund or credit may be available.

Digital & Personalized Orders
Personalized readings are custom digital products. Once a personalized reading has been generated, delivered, or unlocked, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where we determine there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical failure preventing access.
Eligible Refund Requests
You may contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe you were charged in error, did not receive access after successful payment, were charged multiple times for the same order, or experienced a material technical issue we could not resolve.
How to Request Help
Email ljh285218864@gmail.com with your order email, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue. We aim to review requests promptly and fairly.
Credits & Discretionary Resolutions
In some cases, we may offer a replacement reading, account credit, or manual unlock instead of a refund if that better resolves the issue.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing problem, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account or access restrictions to the extent allowed by law.
